Abu-Ghazaleh: AIMICT signs partnership agreement with CertNexus

Mr. Felice expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to offer the company's programs in the Arab region through AIMICT

AMMAN - The Arab International Society for Management Technology (AIMICT), chaired by HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, signed a partnership agreement with New York-based ‘CertNexus’, a vendor-neutral certification body, providing emerging technology certifications and micro-credentials for business, data, developer, IT and security professionals.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, signed by AIMICT Executive Director, Mr. Ashraf M. El Husseini, and CertNexus President, Mr. Jeffrey Felice, the two parties will cooperate in promoting training programs and ensure the integrity and quality of exams offered through AIMICT in the Arab region, mainly in the GCC states, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and Syria.

Mr. El Husseini expressed satisfaction with this cooperation: “We are delighted to partner with CertNexus and have the ability to offer and promote their wide range of programs and products with the use of their recognized CertNexus trademarks by our members.”

“HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, AIMICT founder, has always been a great supporter of the training especially in emerging technology areas as a way to achieve such different goals in career advancement, self-development and professional recognition,” El Husseini said, adding: "In this partnership, we will be able to provide training opportunities to those who enter the emerging tech industry and seek to develop the required skills along with certifications.”

Meanwhile, Mr. Felice expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to offer the company’s programs in the Arab region through AIMICT, saying: “We’re thrilled to have AIMICT as our newest Authorized Training Partner.”

“We’ve developed courses, certifications, and micro-credentials that offer standardizations in the world of emerging technologies, and the fact that AIMICT has expanded their offerings to include our courses further exemplifies the necessity to certify such skills. We’re excited to join forces and support their ability to deliver the latest, high-stakes emerging tech training and certifications to the businesses they serve.”

The Arab International Society for Management Technology (AIMICT) was established as a non-profit organization in 1989, in Buffalo-New York City, in the United States of America, and it was officially registered in Amman in 1990 under the name of "Arab Management Society”. Managers and businessmen have realized the importance and consequences of their role in serving business communities in their countries and thus the idea of establishing such a society emerged into existence. In 2015, the name of the organization was amended into "The Arab International Society for Management Technology" (AIMICT), to keep pace with modern global technological developments in various sectors and to help establish and create a knowledge-based management.
