ArabFinance: Speed Medical's (SPMD) Ordinary General Assembly that convened on September 19, 2019, approved cash dividends of EGP 716,803, 7,716,567 and 10,894,249 - totaling EGP 19,327,619 - for 2016, 2017 and 2018 fiscal years, respectively.
The Extraordinary General Assembly (EGM) approved capital hike from with EGP 19,327,619 from retained profits by distributing 0.3717 free stock for every existing one held. It is worth mentioning that the company's issued capital after increase will amount to EGP 71,327,619.
