MOSCOW - Russia, Kazakhstan and Iran signed a memorandum of understanding in Moscow on Tuesday outlining cooperation in wheat trading, the Eurasian Economic Commission said.

The signing of the memorandum is another step towards setting up a free trade zone between Iran and the Eurasian Economic Union, which is a free customs zone which Russia shares with its neighbours, it said.
