HAMBURG, Jan 10 (Reuters) - Jordans state grains buyer madeno purchase in an international tender to buy 120,000 tonnes offeed barley which closed on Thursday, traders said.
Three trading companies took part: Glencore, GTCS and Aston.A new tender is expected to be issued soon, they said.
Jordan has struggled to make purchases in a series of wheatand barley tenders in recent months, with traders sayinguncertainty about changed quality controls and payment terms hadreduced participation by major grain exporting houses
