PARIS- Jordan's state grains buyer bought 60,000 tonnes of animal feed barley on Thursday in an international tender seeking 120,000 tonnes of optional-origin supplies, European traders said.

The barley was thought to have been sold by trading firm Cargill at $329.75 a tonne, including cost and freight (C&F), for shipment in the second half of January, they said.

Two other firms made offers in the tender without selling, with Viterra offering $338 a tonne C&F and ETG $340.49 a tonne C&F, traders added.
