Cairo –   The board of Raya Contact Center agreed to submit a non-binding acquisition proposal to acquire a contact centre services company operating in the GCC region.

The company will conduct all the necessary financial and technical assessments as well as the due diligence process and the results will be referred to the shareholders for approval, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

During the first six months of 2020, Raya Contact Center achieved net profits of EGP 20.6 million, down from EGP 64.29 million in the same period in 2019, including minority shareholders’ rights.
