Egypt has wheat reserves sufficient until Feb. 7, 2020 - minister

The country has strategic sugar reserves to cover 10.7 months, until August 2020

CAIRO - Egypt has enough strategic wheat reserves to cover its needs through to Feb. 7, 2020, Supply Minister Ali Moselhy said on Sunday.

The country has strategic sugar reserves to cover 10.7 months, until August 2020, the minister added. It also has cooking oil reserves sufficient until Jan. 6, 2020 and rice reserves to last through to Jan. 11, 2020, Moselhy said.
