HAMBURG- Algerian state agency ONAB rejected all offers and made no purchase in a tender for 15,000 tonnes of animal feed barley that closed on Wednesday, European traders said on Thursday.

No offers were reported for a combined shipment of 15,000 tonnes of corn (maize) and 20,000 tonnes of soymeal also sought.

Lowest barley offer was said to be $219.90 a tonne c&f for Ukrainian-origin supplies, closely followed by $219.95 a tonne c&f offered for French origin.

EU/Black Sea origin barley was also offered at $222.47 a tonne c&f. EU origin including British barley was offered at $227.70 a tonne c&f.

In its last reported barley tender on Oct. 2, ONAB was also believed to have rejected all offers which ranged between $187.75 to $195 a tonne c&f.
