RAS AL KHAIMAH, 23rd February, 2017 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras al-Khaimah, has issued a Resolution regarding the formation of the Board of Directors of Al Rams Sports and Cultural Club.
According to the Emiri Decree No. 16 of 2007 regarding the formation of the Higher Committee of Al Rams Cultural and Sports Club Resolution, the Board will be under the chairmanship of Ahmed Mohammed bin Juma Al Tunaiji. Resolution No. 03 of 2017 named eight members. Under the resolution, the Board of Directors will hold its meetings at the request of the chairman and the Board of Directors will issue resolutions of a majority of members. The board will serve for a term of three years, and it will continue its missions till the formation of a new Board of Directors or till the renewal of its tenure. The Decree abolishes any provision or resolution that contradicts its provisions.
