Muscat: The Municipality of Muscat, in coordination with the Royal Oman Police (ROP), has seized several trucks for violating municipal orders.
A statement issued online by Muscat Municipality said: "The Municipality of Muscat in Bawshar, in coordination with the Royal Oman Police, managed to seize a number of trucks that were using random landfills in wadis and public squares in the wilayat to dump debris."
"This is a violation of municipal orders and harmful to the environment," the statement added.
