The volume of agricultural exports has reached 4.45 million tonnes year-to-date (YTD) despite the economic disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic, El-Qusair said in a statement on Thursday.

Citrus topped the country’s agricultural exports with 1.39 million tonnes, followed by potatoes and onion with 675,118 and 302,450, respectively.

Grapes came in the fourth position with about 136,400 tonnes, while garlic exports amounted to 33,252 tonnes.
