Daikin secures Azizi HVAC project contracts in Dubai

Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, has awarded an HVAC contract worth over AED40 million ($10.8 million) to Daikin for supply of high-end cooling equipment for the developer’s prestigious communities.

 

Daikin is a leading innovator and worldwide provider of advanced, high-quality air conditioning and heating solutions for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

 

The contract comprises HVAC systems for 35+ of Azizi’s buildings in Riviera, Dubai’s new waterfront-lifestyle landmark in MBR City, for Creek Views, Azizi’s 634-unit modern luxury development in Dubai Healthcare City, as well as for Berton, the developer’s exceptionally well-connected residential development in the heart of Dubai’s new growth corridor, Al Furjan.

 

The supplied HVAC system comprises 72 of Daikin’s air-cooled chillers, over 10,000 fan coil units and 62 fresh air handling units.
