BEIJING, Sept 11 (Reuters) - China's state planner approveda new high-speed rail project in China's southwest worth 141.62billion yuan ($19.89 billion dollars) on Wednesday.

The new line will run from Chongqing, a city in China'ssouthwest, to Kunming, the capital of Yunnan province.
