Spain's trade deficit narrowed 42% in the first ten months of 2023 from the same period a year earlier, to 34.73 billion euros ($37.90 billion), the industry ministry said on Monday.

Imports over the period fell 6.7% to 354.59 billion euros, while exports remained almost unchanged at around 319.86 billion euros, the ministry said.
