Saudi NCM: Higher rainfall expected in February

The NCM’s climate report showed that the highest rates of rainfall will be in the eastern, northern, and central regions of Saudi Arabia

RIYADH — Aqeel Al-Aqeel, a weather analyst at the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), has said the precipitation rates in the Kingdom will be higher in February.

“The NCM’s climate report showed that the highest rates of rainfall will be in the eastern, northern, and central regions of Saudi Arabia,” he said while pointing out that there will be a cold air mass, starting Friday and resulting in low temperatures over the northern, eastern and central regions of the Kingdom.
