UAE-based Sergas Group announced on Wednesday that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Royal Strategic Partners, an affiliate company of Dubai Financial Services Authority-regulated Strategic Investment Capital, which specialises in investment, development, establishment, and management of real estate projects.
Hamad Al Ali, CEO of Royal Strategic Partners, and Mohamed Damak, CEO of Sergas Group, signed the agreement at Sergas's Abu Dhabi headquarters.
Sergas Group provides customised solutions in LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), SNG (Synthetic Natural Gas), NG (Natural Gas), and Medical Gas to industrial, commercial, and residential customers, according to its website.
The company said in a press statement that the agreement aims at enhancing the infrastructure in the LPG sector in the MENA region.
The statement said the partnership with Royal Strategic Partners would enable Sergas to expand its existing portfolio of 7,500 projects across the Gulf Cooperation Council region, which currently supplies more than 30,000 metric tonnes of LPG annually.
