Saudi’s Makkah courthouse complex PPP project receives 64 EOIs

Saudi Arabia’s National Centre for Privatisation & PPP (NCP) and State Properties General Authority (SPGA) received 64 Expressions of Interest for Ministry of Justice Courthouse Complex in Al-Nassem district, Makkah City. The project would be procured under a Design, Build, Finance, Maintain and Transfer (DBFMT) Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract. The EOI invite was issued last month, according to a Zawya Projects report. he deadline for EOI submission was 12 January 2023. The list of 64 companies is as follows: 1. Urbas Grupo Financiero According to the Zawya Projects report, the project would be developed over 111,014 square metres (sqm) of land area and have a built-up area of 115,000 sqm.
