Egyptian real estate developer Roya Developments has signed a strategic partnership agreement with engineering consultancy ACE Moharram-Bakhoum for project management and supervision services.
The scope of the agreement includes cost management, construction, site management and value engineering, quality assurance and timely delivery. Roya Developments said in a press statement.
Mohamed Adel, Roya Developments CEO, said: "ACE is a leading consultancy with an international experience - a great asset to our vision and ambitious plans."
Mohamed El- Gazouly, ACE Regional Business Development Director, added: "We have similar vision, and can see a long-term partnership as we boost the implementation of all projects, including engineering and architectural designs, and throughout completion.”
Roya Developments’ key projects include Telal North Coast in the North Coast, Stone Park and The Hills in New Cairo, Telal El Sokhna in Ain Al Sokhna.
The statement said about 5.7 million square metres (sqm) are under development with approximately 3.1 million sqm land yet to be developed. To-date, the company has delivered 4,800 units; has 11,000 units under development; and a total of 3,300 families residing in its projects.
