Egyptian developer Lozan Urban Development will announce a mixed-use project in West Cairo with a total investment value of 15 billion Egyptian pounds  ($490 million) in March, the company Chairman said.

Adel Abdel Moneim didn’t disclose the name of the project but said it would be developed over an area of 65 acres and comprises of shops, offices, and hotel apartments.

 “All details will be announced by March 2023 with the official launch event for the project,” he said, adding that Mohammed Talaat Architects is the designer.

KAD is facility manager and operator; Shaker Construction is the electromechanical consultant and JLL is the project manager.

Board member Mohammed Al-Sabaa said the company has developed projects in the Delta region of Egypt and in the UAE since the past 15 years.
