BEIJING - Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said on Wednesday that in the next three years, the country plans to build 1,300 km of railways, the first cross-border railway on the China border as well as establish new land ports.

Tokayev made the remarks when attending the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) Summit in Beijing.
