THE FIRST STORE OF ITS KIND IN SAUDI ARABIA


Jeddah, January, 2003 – Zahid Tractor & H.M. Co. Ltd. the exclusive distributor for Caterpillar in Saudi Arabia for than 50 years, in conjunction with The Caterpillar Corporation, the largest heavy machinery manufacturer and supplier in the world, launched the first CAT Rental Stores today in Jeddah. This was announced by Ahmed E. Meyassar , the Division Manager, Remarketing Division. 
 
Also in attendance were Mr. Francis Kuttat, and Mr. Robert Graves and Mr. Mike Duncan, senior Caterpillar executives, who flew specifically for this launch, to demonstrate the strong relationship between Zahid Tractor and Caterpillar.
 
Zahid Tractor, recognized by Caterpillar as one of its strongest strategic dealers worldwide, embarked on this new venture in order to provide a one-stop-shop service for customers who require not only Cat machines but other allied quality equipment to complete their jobs. The launch of this store will provide Zahid Tractor’s customers with a more efficient way to use the latest equipment that are fully serviced by expert technicians which is ready for work immediately. Additionally, the launch of the Cat Rental Store is designed to provide customers with better service and to satisfy their evolving needs for equipment rental.
