Sharjah - January 5, 2009: Tiger Properties has announced the commencement of handover procedures to investors and end-users for its Sondos tower in Sharjah. The handover process will be completed in the coming weeks.
The handover of the Sondos tower amidst the current economic downturn represents a great achievement for Tiger, and confirms the company's commitment to completing its projects on time and its dedication to client satisfaction. Al Sondos is the fourth consecutive tower that Tiger will deliver to end-users, and one of ten that Tiger has already delivered to its GCC investors and others.

Taha explained that Tiger ensures that all the financial requirements have been met before it commences construction on a project, a strategy that helps ensure that its projects are completed on time and to the expected high standard. He said that Tiger will reaffirm its commitment to delivering its projects on time, with the handover of Sondos Tower being the first of a series of handovers of various projects that will take place within the first quarter of next year.
Sondos Tower is a 51-storey luxury apartment complex in Al Khan, Sharjah, near Qanat Al Qasba. This distinctive area offers views of the Burj Dubai, and the towers also look out on the Al Khan lagoon, the Arabian Gulf, and Al Mamzar Park.
The tower offers seven floors of dedicated residents' parking, with the remaining floors housing residential apartments, conference room and offices, and ladies' and men's health clubs equipped with saunas, steam rooms, changing rooms, a gymnasium, a children's room and nursery, an aerobic area, a swimming pool.
The apartments comprise elegantly finished two- or three-bedroom units with ceramic tiling throughout, fully-fitted kitchens, spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite bathroom in master bedrooms.
Other key features of the Sondos Tower include high-speed digital technology internet, TV and voice communication connections; central air-conditioning; central gas connections, a central dish antenna; 24-hour security and a mosque.
