Serviceplan Middle East’s dedicated experiential communication and design agency, Serviceplan Experience, has acquired Pakistani retail brand Khaadi as a client. The agency will develop fashion giant Khaadi’s face in this region, optimizing the brand’s identity and translating it into a physical presence. Serviceplan Experience (SPX) will be responsible for overseeing the design and customer experience of three new stores: Mirdif City Centre Mall, Fujairah City Centre Mall and Bawadi Mall, Al Ain.

With Dubai gearing up to host Expo 2020 and many other opportunities for high profile international events also in the pipeline, Serviceplan Group’s Haus Der Kommunikation Dubai decided to partner with experience design expert, Brett Cameron and his team, to launch Serviceplan Experience.

Serviceplan Experience aims to emphasize storytelling in a physical space. Complementing Haus Der Kommunikation Dubai’s integrated communications, SPX offers services ranging from experiential events, brand and retail space designs, interactive brand modules, as well as themed environments, museum and expo design and production. SPX will work with brands and organizations to understand the story they want to communicate to their customers and, more importantly, align that with what customers want to hear. The agency applies that through the complete customer journey; for example, for a hotel brand, the experience may start with an online ad, going all the way to the customer check-out at reception. The innovation happens in between, where there are multiple other channels and touch-points. SPX looks at and analyzes all these channels and their functions, ensuring seamless and consistent experiences during the entire customer journey.

Brett Cameron, Managing Partner and head of Serviceplan Experience brings with him over 20 years of international experience working with renowned local and international brands in the Asia Pacific region: government and profit/non-profit organizations, extensive partnerships with clients and service providers for private, corporate and institutional events etc. Notable past clients include the Shanghai World Expo 2010, BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, the National Museum of Singapore, Singapore Grand Prix, Universal Studios and Ferrari World.

“We are excited to have partnered with Brett and his team. The upcoming events are a true opportunity for experience design in this market and we feel that Brett’s experience and depth of knowledge, coupled with our German expertise, can launch Serviceplan Experience to seize these openings and partner with organizations looking to create exceptional customer journeys,” said Rami Hmadeh, Managing Partner of Serviceplan Middle East.

Commenting on the new partnership, Brett Cameron shared: “Working with Serviceplan Middle East, SPX can help shape an overall brand experience for clients, ensuring seamless storytelling offline, online and on-ground. From the minute consumers first view an ad for a product online, right down to visiting a store to make their purchase. We offer an integrated approach to managing customer experiences. We are looking forward to establishing a complete consumer journey for Khaadi customers at their three latest outlets here in the UAE.”

Beyond Expo 2020, SPX is equipped to manage stand-alone brand, corporate and retail events, activations, exhibitions and other interactive and experiential communications.
