Operating as a public company since 2002, the company must deliver value to its to implement Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules has allowed business cycle control and much more accurate information about every aspect of the company's finances.

Saudi Post's ambitious plans to launch a new door-to-door system of delivery in Saudi Arabia, overcoming the lack of street signs and house numbers in many parts of the Kingdom, will include the delivery of five million mailboxes and a comprehensive electronic database of homes and personal information. To ensure success, the company must keep a tight control on costs and ensure that the project stays within budget, and a 360 degree view of all financial operations is a key component. Implementing the Oracle solution will ensure that the project managers can manage the general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable in an integrated solution, providing the whole team with a clear view of all financial activity. In the future, the solution will allow Saudi Post to integrate the financial system with the Point of Sale machines, driving revenue generation opportunities and improving business cycle control.
