May 5th, Dubai - Novotel & Ibis Deira City Centre and Suite Novotel & Ibis Mall of the Emirates have achieved the prestigious EarthCheck Certified status under the EarthCheck Certification Program managed by EC3 Global. EarthCheck recognises Novotel & Ibis Deira City Centre and Suite Novotel & Ibis Mall of the Emirates' commitment to operating at the world's highest environmental standard.
Prior to achieving Certification, Novotel & Ibis Deira City Centre and Suite Novotel & Ibis Mall of the Emirates successfully Benchmarked using the EarthCheck tool against key environmental indicators including energy and water consumption, waste sent to landfill and community commitment.
Novotel & Ibis Deira City Centre and Suite Novotel & Ibis Mall of the Emirates chose to demonstrate their commitment to the environment by undertaking Certification - the highest level of the EarthCheck Program. The Certification process involves either an onsite audit or offsite assessment by an EarthCheck approved independent third party auditor. The successful completion of the Certification process demonstrates Novotel & Ibis Deira City Centre and Suite Novotel & Ibis Mall of the Emirates strong commitment to the principles of environmental sustainability.
