"The construction of the new factory will begin within two months and the production will commence by the end of 2015," said Mr. Waseem Ahsan Chaudhary, Managing Director and owner of the group.
"There is a huge scope for gypsum boards in the region. In the past, the gypsum product was mainly imported from KSA, Malaysia, and Indonesia. In the future, we hope that we can meet the market demand", said Mr. Waseem.
"We are happy with Saif Zone because they are providing excellent facilities for us without any delay." he further added.
While elaborating on the business, Waseem said that gypsum board offers an alternative to wood for applications like ceiling, insulation and partition.
"It is known as the green material of construction. The production of gypsum boards will help in replacing of wood and thus, the project would have a positive impact on the environment. The use of gypsum board facilitates faster installation and reduces the cost of construction. It is recyclable and environment friendly. The product is better than other construction materials as it reduces the weight of the building and consumes less space" Mr. Waseem explained.
