Dubai: The Middle East Council of Shopping Centres and the International Council of Shopping Centres will host the Springboard Networking reception & dinner on Wednesday December 12th at Al Adham Ballroom in Crowne Plaza – Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
