CAIRO, Egypt: ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, today announced its participation in Cairo ICT 2021, which will be held from November 7-10 at New Cairo’s Egypt International Exhibition Center.
Organisations worldwide reported unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. And, given the nature of modern businesses, most changes made to take on these challenges impacted IT operations, including corporate IT support. ManageEngine will be highlighting its flagship product, ServiceDesk Plus, an ITIL®-ready service desk solution used by ITSM professionals globally. The recent Forrester Total Economic Impact™ study commissioned by ManageEngine revealed that enterprises can achieve an ROI of up to 352% when they migrate to ServiceDesk Plus.
“ICT Cairo is undoubtedly extra special for us this year. Following our absence last year due to the pandemic, it feels great to be back. Egypt is an important market for ManageEngine; we aim to welcome everyone attending the event and showcase our latest product innovations and strengthen our local presence by meeting existing and potential customers and partners,” said Nirmal Manoharan, regional director of sales, ManageEngine. “Organisations across the region have faced challenges over the last 18 months. The hybrid workplace model and rapid digitalisation have left many vulnerable to cyberattacks. We hope to use ICT Cairo as a platform to advise, support and guide our customers and partners and ensure their safety and business continuity.”
In line with Cairo ICT's theme this year, "The Digital Challenge," ManageEngine will showcase its extensive suite of IT management and security tools that enable businesses to offer an impeccable and secure remote work experience. Along with ServiceDesk Plus, the company will use Cairo ICT 2021 to demonstrate its unified endpoint management tool, Desktop Central; next-generation SIEM solution, Log360, which offers UEBA capabilities for proactive threat analytics using AI and ML; and PAM360, which enables enterprises to establish strict privileged access governance and monitor privileged operations. The company will also highlight Application Control Plus, which enforces the principle of least privilege for employees using various devices and applications, and Device Control Plus, its data leakage prevention solution.
Senior executives, technology experts and regional partners will be at the ManageEngine booth (booth number 3F6) to conduct live product demonstrations and share their expertise. They will also be available to meet with existing or potential customers and partners to listen to their IT and security challenges and address them with a customised approach to meet their specific requirements.
