New extension will bring total number of dining outlets to 85
Dubai, UAE, July 25, 2010: An additional seven stylish new restaurants and cafes will complement the new Mall of the Emirates Fashion Dome when it opens on 1st September, bringing the mall's total number of dining options to an impressive 85 outlets.
The new 10,500 square-metre Fashion Dome is nearing completion and will offer shoppers a host of new destinations in luxury retail and first-class dining to choose from, all set within a suitably stylish Italian Piazza style setting.
The new Mall of the Emirates Fashion Dome is the latest addition to the landmark shopping centre by owner and developer, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, and the extension's restaurant selection on the mall's ground level will offer an array of cuisines from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
The new line up will include Middle East-specialty restaurant Al Halabi, PF Changs, the famous US-based Chinese restaurant franchise with a unique American twist and African-themed diner Tribes, who will make its UAE debut at Mall of the Emirates in the new Fashion Dome.
Other restaurant destinations inside the new Fashion Dome will also include Fauchon, offering contemporary French cuisine, Asha's, famous for its Indian curries and biryanis, and established foodie favourite More Café. Popular Italian restaurant Biella, meanwhile, is relocating to the new Fashion Dome from its original Mall of the Emirates position.
Fuad Sharaf, Vice President of Mall of the Emirates said: "When planning the new line-up of food and beverage outlets for the Fashion Dome, we wanted to put together something for everyone in a stylish yet comfortable setting. I feel we have achieved that with a range of quality cuisines from around the globe, all brought together in a unique dining environment, complete with plentiful natural light, water features and stunning interior architecture.
"The new Fashion Dome will add yet another enticing element to the Mall of the Emirates' dining experience, and we look forward to welcoming our shoppers to enjoy the amazing food and beverage selection soon to be on offer."
