Dubai, UAE & Bahrain - U.S. Chiller Services (USCS), the region's undisputed market leader in the field of large tonnage chiller services and energy solutions, today announced they have started the commissioning of three McQuay 1,300 ton centrifugal chillers for EMAAR's Gold and Diamond Park Phase II located in Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Gold and Diamond Park has proved to be such a success since its launch in May 2001 that work on a significant extension project is now underway. Phase Two plans include the provision of the following:
- 154 additional manufacturing units in two blocks
- 30 retail outlets
- Three office blocks housing 112 office units and nine showrooms
- Visitors' Retail Centre
- Underground car park
- Above ground parking
