Tarek Saadi appointed as head of market region NME

Ericsson, the world-leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network, has recently announced the appointment of Mr. Tarek Saadi as the Account Unit Head for the North Middle East region. As part of Ericsson Market Unit Middle East new structure, the North Middle East Account Unit, will combine five countries together: Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Afghanistan.

Saadi's new role comes as a result of his knowledge of the market place and extensive professional experience of over 15 years in the telecommunication industry in various capacities and on different turfs. Previously, Saadi 3 Years as a country manager in Jordan and prior to that 3 years country manager for Iraq based in Dubai., where he played a major role in the fast growth of Ericsson.

The new position of the Account Unit Head for the North Middle East Unit, Saadi notes, presents both a good opportunity and a challenge given both the geographical spread of the region and Ericsson's real potential to develop and grow existing and new relationships. On the occasion of his announcement, Saadi said, "There is a lot that we can offer particularly as this region is still in the process of development."

Saadi further went on to add, "I am committed to further channel Ericsson's corporate ethos in my new role by continuously striving to provide new opportunities for growth pertaining to the local objectives. Having a team who is talented and trained, I am confident that we will be able to achieve major successes similar to those we have witnessed over the past years,"

The company's portfolio comprises mobile and fixed network infrastructure, broadband, and multimedia solutions for operators, government organizations, and enterprises.
