Dubai, UAE - The Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) has announced promising recruitment plans for 120 UAE nationals with professional level job vacancies that range from high school to Master's degrees graduates in both managerial and technical roles. The fully-owned government of Dubai company will be participating in Careers UAE 2016, held from 16 - 18 May at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Za'abeel Hall 3, Booth No. ZD7.

"As a national entity, and a key player in the regional oil and gas industry, we concentrate on sustained economic growth by continually investing in human capital development. Through our continuing recruitment activities, we aim to achieve the government vision in building a knowledge-based economy that is driven by intellectual capital," said H.E. Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO of ENOC.

Available positions include opportunities in Sales and Marketing, HR and Administration, Finance and Accounting, Operations and Maintenance, Engineering, Environment, Health and Safety, Quality and Audit, Customer Services, Public Relations, Legal Affairs, and Procurement. Representatives from ENOC's Human Resources department will be available to conduct interviews with interested applicants at the stand.

We are strongly committed to attracting and retaining national as well as expatriate talent, and we have launched a five-year strategic plan to achieve 50 percent Emiratisation by 2021, in line with the UAE Vision 2021 launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai." He added.

ENOC, has recently graduated 77 Emirati employees from the company's National Development Programme (NDP), a training initiative for national employees in the United Arab Emirates. The Group also has a dedicated Emiratisation team who work to keep the company informed on the market requirements and to help bridge any Emiratisation gaps observed in the company.
