Third Emirates Bank branch to open in less than a week

United Arab Emirates, Sunday 16th January 2005 - Emirates Bank has inaugurated today its first branch in Al Ain, the 29th overall in the UAE, during a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by H.H Sheikh Saiid Bin Mohammed Al Nahyan and H.E. Ahmed Humeid Al Tayer Chairman of Emirates Bank Group along with senior dignitaries, bank officials and members of the media.

"Our opening in Al Ain coincides with the great development the Garden City of the Gulf is undergoing, attracting greater numbers of visitors, which in turn increases the demand for a professional workforce to be based in the city, hence we felt that a dedicated presence in Al Ain would not only tremendously benefit our customers, it will also offer us the opportunity to expand our business."
