Abu Dhabi, 19th April 2009: Burooj Properties, the real estate arm of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) and developer of realty projects in the UAE and larger Middle East, announced today that it has commenced concreting works at the company's Al Ghurm Garden Villas project, following the completion of earth works.

Located on Abu Dhabi Island close to Al Bateen Airport and Sheikh Khalifa Public Park, the 80-villa Al Ghurm Garden project spans a built area of over 285,000 square feet, with each villa occupying 4,124 square feet. The project features impressive architecture, beautiful landscaping with expansive green areas and multiple recreation facilities including a gym and health club, swimming pool, playground, as well as 24-hour security and CCTV monitoring.

Work on Al Ghurm Garden Villas commenced last January and project is expected to be delivered to buyers by December this year.
