Kuwait: Xcite by Alghanim Electronics, the largest multi-brand electronics retailer in Kuwait, has witnessed exponential growth in its campaign performance by leveraging MoEngage, an insights-led engagement platform.

With over 300 global brands present in its portfolio, including homegrown innovation such as its Wansa brand, Xcite also boasts a physical presence spanning through Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with tens of stores and a dedicated E-commerce model serving the region’s electronic needs online for over a decade.

To communicate with its customers and ensure all their needs are beyond satisfied, Xcite’s communication methods extensively use MoEngage’s push notifications and email channel capabilities for both Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

“At Xcite, as is the case with all business units across Alghanim Industries, we operate on a customer-first basis, and our methods, both face-to-face interactions and through the many digital spheres we operate in, utilize the latest technological innovations that best serve our approach. Combining MoEngage’s solutions with our brand’s outlook and operations, we are able to connect to our customers through a variety of bridges, ensuring our interactions go beyond a buy-and-sell basis. MoEngage allows us to cross that bridge and amplify our relationships with our many customers,” said Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager Ahmed Abouhiba.
