Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Rixos Hotels, one of the fastest growing hospitality chains in the world, announced the appointment of Cenk Unverdi as General Manager of the five-star luxury resort Rixos The Palm Dubai.
Unverdi who was the hotel manager, steered the growth of the multi-concept luxury resort to win Rixos The Palm Dubai the most prestigious awards of the region – World’s Leading Lifestyle Resort, Hotel of The Year (5 Star), 5th Best Hotel in UAE by HolidayCheck and Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence. What’s more, Unverdi was recently awarded Hotel Manager of the Year at the Middle East Hozpitality Excellence Awards 2016.

Moreover, under his leadership the resort recorded a remarkable increase in occupancy rates during the first half of 2016 and exhibited consistent growth throughout the year with an average occupancy of 90%.
