Kuwait City: Burgan Bank announced today that its Internal Audit Department has conducted a two day workshop for KIPCO Group on AUTOAUDIT. The workshop offered practical demonstrations, as well as hands-on application training. This workshop was delivered by Ahmed Rehan, IT Audit Manager at Burgan Bank and attended by representatives from KIPCO Holding as well as other sister companies and subsidiary banks.
The Chief Internal Auditor at Burgan Bank, Amr El Kasaby said, "The primary objective of this training session is to update and promote the knowledge of the participants of the new functionalities of the latest version of the Auto Audit Application. We continue to provide more practical training for our employees as well as our sister companies with an aim to constantly enhance our overall performance."
The two day workshop focused on the Auto Audit application (Thomson Reuters | paisley), a comprehensive, fully integrated automation system which manages the internal audit system.
Attendance certificates were distributed to all attendees by Burgan Bank's Chief Banking Officer Mr. Raed Al Haqhaq, Amr Al Kasaby and Ahmed Rehan during the closing session. Burgan Bank continues to demonstrate its leadership by investing in best practice systems to deliver value added results.
