Knowledge Horizon launched the 4th intake of the Warwick distance learning MBA programme. Individuals from across the GCC applied for the Warwick MBA through Knowledge Horizon which is the regional partner and the exclusive representative of the Warwick Business School distance learning MBA Programme in the GCC.
Students from all over the GCC were present to attend the induction programme organized by Knowledge Horizon at its premises in Dubai. The Warwick MBA has been ranked in the Top 10 MBA programmes in Europe and is known after Oxford and Cambridge in UK.
Dr. Maen Al Qatamin, President, Knowledge Horizon welcomed the batch and gave an inspirational talk to the short listed professionals who had to undergo a systematic selection procedure and screening. "I congratulate you all for being accepted as the selection procedure adopted by Warwick is tough. We now expect commitment from your end to fulfill the requirements of this prestigious and top rated programme" said Dr. Maen.
"Knowledge Horizon students have some of the highest pass rates in the world, last year our new students had an 87.5% pass rate, and our continuing students had an unbeatable 100% pass rate" continued Dr Maen. He also encouraged the students to read, especially articles related to the region to present well and enrich their knowledge base. Ms. Sue Beech, Assistant Programme Manager, Warwick Business School, UK then conducted the induction session for students and answered to all their queries for another successful beginning.
Due to the great demand on the programme Warwick Business school approved a special intake of 15 students to start in January 2006. Knowledge Horizon will receive applications for the January intake between the period of 14th November - 24th December 05.
