ArabFinance: The board members of GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Egypt on December 23rd gave a green light for forming a committee to decide whether to fully acquire its subsidiary Amoun Pharmaceutical Company, according to a disclosure.
The committee should study the legal, financial, and structural sides of the takeover transaction.
Earlier this month, GSK Egypt responded to local news spread about a potential acquisition of Amoun. The listed company noted back then that it was not the source of such news.
