Riyadh – The board of Elm Company decided to pay out interim cash dividends of SAR 233.09 million for the second half (H2) of 2022, according to a bourse disclosure.

The Saudi firm will grant SAR 3 per share, equivalent to 30% of the share nominal value, for 77.69 million eligible shares

The eligibility and payment dates for dividends will be 4 and 13 April 2023, respectively.

Last year, Elm registered net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 930 million, higher by 64.02% than SAR 567 million in 2021.

Revenues grew by 20.32% to SAR 4.60 billion from SAR 3.82 billion, while the earnings per share (EPS) widened to SAR 11.94 from SAR 7.09.
