ArabFinance: The health ministry in Egypt announced 588 new coronavirus cases on March 6th, raising the total count to 185,622 since the pandemic started in 2020.

38 new deaths were reported, while death toll hit 10,954.

Egypt currently has 143,575 total recoveries after 432 new patients have been discharged from quarantine hospitals, the health ministry noted.

The number of daily cases in the country has been below the 1,000 marks since January 9th.
