ArabFinance: The health ministry in Egypt announced 577 new coronavirus cases on March 3rd, raising the total count to 184,168 since the pandemic started in 2020.

44 new deaths were reported, while death toll hit 10,822.

Egypt currently has 142,155 total recoveries after 500 new patients have been discharged from quarantine hospitals, the health ministry noted.

The number of daily cases in the country has been below the 1,000 marks since January 9th.
