ArabFinance: Egypt’s health ministry announced 104 new coronavirus infections as well as 14 more fatalities on September 27th, according to an official statement.

The new divs increased the cases tally to 102,840 and the death toll to 5,883 since the outbreak of the pandemic, the ministry said.

It added that an additional 706 new patients were cured of the virus, bringing the total recoveries to 95,080.

Those who have been discharged from the country’s quarantine hospitals, until press time, reportedly account for 92% of the total registered cases.
