ArabFinance: The Egyptian health ministry reported 111 new coronavirus infections, bringing the total count to 102,736 since the outbreak of the pandemic, according to a September 26thstatement.

The ministry announced an additional 16 fatalities, increasing the country’s death toll to 5,869.

Egypt currently has 94,374 total recoveries, after 843 new patients have been discharged from quarantine hospitals, according to the statement.

Globally, more than 33.06 million cases were registered, of which 998,803 passed away and over 24.41 million cured of the virus, until press time.
