Muscat: Providing a minor with alcohol could lead to imprisonment and a fine of up to OMR1,000 ($2597) according to Oman’s Legal Network.

The legal age to consume alcohol in Oman is 21 years.

According to the Sultanate’s official legal network, “Anyone that provides a person under the age of 18 an alcoholic drink, shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not less than one month and not more than one year and a fine not less than OMR100 and not more than OMR 1,000.”
