Riyadh – Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) unveiled that Ettesaq Limited Company filed a commercial case against the company to claim SAR 65.46 million worth of compensation.

The claim covers compensation for technical consulting services, MIS said, noting that the initial agreement with Ettesaq stood at only SAR 367,000.

The lawsuit was filed under the Commercial Court Riyadh on 22 October 2021, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

MIS added that the financial impact of the filed legal case cannot be determined at the current time.
