AMMAN - The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on Friday announced that the automatic extension of mandatory insurance policies for Jordanian vehicles whose insurance expired during the curfew will end on Sunday, May 31, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

This decision was taken to avoid a lack of insurance coverage in light of the even-odd driving system and to avoid congestion at licensing centres, which will resume work as of Sunday, May 10, along with insurance companies across the Kingdom.
