KUWAIT CITY: The Director of the Air Transport Department at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Abdullah Al-Rajhi, stated that there are unlicensed fake travel and tourism offices operating in Kuwait.
During the inspection 15 offices that violated the law and circulars of DGCA were referred to the complaints and arbitration committee.
The violations are mostly of two types .
1 Providing offices with reservation system for the offices that are not affiliated with them and don’t have license to practice
2. Unlicensed fake travel and tourism offices that mostly carry out Online business and have offices.
