TUNIS, May 7, 2011 (TAP) - National "Tunisair" carrier received, on Friday in Hamburg, Germany its second Airbus A320-200 aircraft "Dougga", among a series of sixteen A320 Airbus aircrafts, ordered from Airbus industry according to the 2008-2016 fleet plan.

Some spare parts of this second aircraft, which landed on Friday evening at Tunis-Carthage International Airport, are made in Tunisia by the French company "Aerolia".

Hence, Tunisia is the first country to develop activities on the international level, by virtue of an industrial agreement signed with the Tunisian Government on January 28, 2009.

The first aircraft "Habib Bourguiba" was delivered to "Tunisair" in June 2010.
