ArabFinance: The Ministry of Education and Technical Education signed a cooperation protocol with Volkswagen Egypt to launch an applied technology school for car maintenance, according to a February 1ststatement.
The facility will be launched in the school year 2021/2022, the statement noted.
The education ministry intends to expand the number of applied technology schools in the country and include new fields, Egypts education minister Tarek Shawki revealed.
An agreement was recently signed for manufacturing and assembling electric buses in Egypt, as part of the states plan towards introducing clean vehicles.
